Seminar 45 The Mirage of Satisfaction: Seeing th Unsatisfactoriness in All Impure Factors
Join us for a reflective and practice-oriented exploration of the Buddha’s teaching on the Three Kinds of Unsatisfactoriness! In this session, we will examine how pain, change, and conditioned existence shape our experience of suffering, and how recognizing these patterns can open the heart to compassion, insight, and the aspiration for liberation. Participants will engage with both conceptual understanding and experiential reflection, learning how to recognize unsatisfactoriness in everyday life and respond with wisdom rather than reactivity. This session is suitable for practitioners of all backgrounds who wish to deepen their understanding of the Abhidharmakośa and apply its teachings in daily life.
