Mindfulness Uncovered

How do we know the mind at the very moment anger, jealousy, or restlessness arises? How can mindfulness become a direct means of liberation rather than a mere technique?

In this session, Dr. Ananda examines mindfulness as a continuous practice of clearly knowing the mind in the present moment. Drawing on the integration of sati (mindful awareness) and sampajañña (clear comprehension of the wholesome and unwholesome), the session invites practitioners to recognize mental states as they arise and pass away, and to cultivate skillful transformation grounded in wisdom. Emphasis is placed on mindfulness as a moment-to-moment path that supports clarity, balance, and inner freedom in daily practice.
