Using fun optical illusions—like a picture of strawberries that look bright red but are actually made entirely of gray pixels—we will explore how our internal labels and conditioning color our reality. Finally, we will look beyond biology to some social media contents, confronting how our own "scrutinizing gaze" projects unfair judgments onto the world. Discover how mindfulness can help us catch the mind in the act of fabrication so we can see others with genuine clarity and compassion.
