Practicing the Six Paramitas, Abiding in the Four Viharas
One of the great beauties—and challenges—of the Buddha’s message is that his teachings are deeply interconnected. We cannot fully embrace one teaching without understanding the influence on the practice of another. As a whole, they guide us toward greater wisdom, compassion, and skillful action. Over three sessions, Ina will help us see how these Buddhist principles are applicable to our daily thoughts and actions as we travel the Bodhisattva path.
