有爱就有痛苦 Love Comes With Suffering

我们求取所爱事物过程中，往往伴随着苦，在生活的压力下，内心渴望顺境却遭遇沉重打击的滋味只有自己最清楚。

​有条件的“爱”就变得不可爱。为了长久拥有这份快乐，就必须花心思“守护”。“人无千日好，花无百日红”“月有阴晴圆缺，此事古难全”，这是铁的规律。这就注定有“爱”带来的“失坏”之苦和“忆念”之苦。

人们认为快乐就是拥有喜爱的事物，而事实恰恰相反，有爱就有痛苦。如果谁说他现在苦，那肯定是他“爱”上了某样东西。

​爱与不爱是根据自己的利益判别出来的。总考虑自己的感受就经常有苦，一心想着别人的人就把自己放下了，从别人的快乐中获得了无害的快乐。

Love, with conditions attached, is no love at all. Love comes with the pain of loss and the bitterness of remembrance.

People think happiness means owning what you love, but indeed it is the opposite - love comes hand in hand with suffering. If someone says he is suffering, it must be the case that he is in love with something.

​Love, or no love, is distinguished from each other by one’s own judgment on their benefits. Always thinking about your own feelings often brings suffering, and someone who always thinks of others stops being obsessed with themselves, and therefore harvest bountiful happiness through making others happy.
