Hate is only terminated by tolerance and love, otherwise people will have to suffer from life to life. Unselfish giving is great medicine for reviving the mind. To change the unhappy life, it's not that you can become a new person simply by reading a book, no single method can achieve this. It needs you to purify your karma piece by piece, and eventually things can change. Don’t have the illusion that there will be a sudden and dramatic change. It requires you to never giving up trying, even on the small efforts. The crucial point is that people need clearer direction, a more powerful and wiser mind, and then people will have better prospects.
