你欢喜所以我也欢喜 You Rejoice; I Also Rejoice

见到别人的生活、事业蒸蒸日上，有些人心里多少都会有点不舒服，可能还会酸溜溜地说风凉话，甚至背后说坏话。

Some people feel uncomfortable on different levels when seeing others’ lives and careers flourish. They often may make sarcastic remarks, or even speak badly behind their backs. ​

这都是人之常情，正常的，但，是不好的。​

佛，告诉我们，当别人好的时候，我们一定真诚地为别人而感到高兴。你欢喜所以我也欢喜，这叫喜心。

​这样，你内心就不会觉得和别人有差距，不会失落，不会痛苦。

That is human nature, but it is not the right approach to life or the right attitude.

​Buddha told us that we should sincerely be happy for others when they are doing well. You rejoice; I also rejoice. This is called a joyful mind.

​This way, You won’t feel disconnected from others, and you won’t feel lost or in pain anymore.
