​每三天换一棵树 Changing a Tree Every Three Days

常在一棵树下打坐，而后就会慢慢和这棵树产生情感，认为“这棵树是我的，这棵树的阴凉也是我的。”痛苦也便产生了。

Meditating under one particular tree often may give you an emotional connection with the tree, thinking the tree is yours, that even the shape is yours. And then, pain comes along.

所以，佛规定，在一棵树下打坐不能超过三天，每三天必须换一棵树。

没有什么东西是我的，都要舍。

​​​这就是舍心的快乐。

Therefore, Buddha requires his disciples to stay under one tree for no more than three days. They need to switch trees every three days.

Nothing truly belongs to you. You should let go of everything.

​This is the joy you get from letting go of your mind.​
