你的孩子是菩萨 Your Child Is A Bodhisattva

曾有一个人生了一个智障的孩子，孩子的母亲非常痛苦，想请禅师予以开示。

Once there was a child born with intellectual disability. His mother was very distressed, and asked a Chan Master for instructions.

禅师告诉这位母亲：“我宁愿相信，你的孩子是菩萨，是来替众生承担这个苦难的。”这样说后，这位悲伤中的母亲当下释然很多。

​其实，说话之道很简单，首先从抱着一颗让别人快乐的慈心说话开始。

​The Chan Master told her: "I would rather believe that your child is a bodhisattva, who is bearing suffering for all the living beings." Upon hearing this, the sorrowful mother immediately felt much relieved.

​In fact, the art of speech is quite simple. It starts from speaking with a kind heart to make others happy.​
